My Story

When I was thirteen, my world, once bustling with the chaotic energy of middle school, suddenly went quiet because of an autoimmune condition. At first, it felt isolating—but in that silence, I found something unexpected: a passion that blended two things I’d always loved—art and baking. That’s how Baked by Khushi began—not with a plan, but with the simple joy of turning cupcakes into tiny edible works of art.

What started as a creative escape quickly became something more. With each order, I learned how to build a website, design packaging, run social media, and balance costs. But I didn’t do it alone. People I never expected encouraged me: a stranger taught me basic accounting, a professional taught me food photography, and others shared advice, cheered me on, and placed orders just to support the journey. Their belief in me kept me going.

Early on, I made a decision that shaped everything: I would donate a significant part of my profits to charity. This simple rule transformed my small baking project into a movement. It connected my passion to a purpose, my products to a principle, and my customers to a cause. It taught me that a business, no matter how small, could be a powerful tool for good, fully capable of changing lives, most of all, my own.

This platform is my recipe, my story, and my invitation to you. It’s for anyone who has ever felt stuck, looked at their own hands, and wondered what they could possibly build. It's for anyone

with a spark of an idea they don’t know what to do with, and for anyone who believes, like I now do, that you’re never too young or too inexperienced to make a meaningful difference. If I can do it, I know you can too. Maybe you’re just one recipe away from your own purpose.
